The RANZCR NZ Branch ASM for 2017 will employ a Meeting App. The app is a simple web-based system, that utilises the browser on your mobile device, and includes the conference programme, abstracts, speaker biographies, sponsor and exhibitor listings and will enable you to receive any meeting alerts or news to keep you updated during the course of the conference.
To download the app onto your mobile device open the URL by clicking on the following link - RANZCR Meeting App.
Once downloaded, you are able to 'add it to your homescreen' using your web-browser settings.
If you have any issues accessing the app, please let us know. Additionally, staff at the registration desk will be able to provide on site assistance as required.
Please note, complimentary Wi-Fi has been arranged for all meeting delegates. To access the Wi-Fi onsite: Connect to 'Rutherford Conference' wireless network, enter username RANZCR17.

On Site Registration
The registration desk will be located in the Riwaka Foyer on the ground floor of the Rutherford Hotel, and will be open 1400 - 1700 on Thursday 3 August, and from 0730 on Friday 4 August. Please ensure you check-in at the registration desk to collect your name badge and registration material. Admission to the exhibition and scientific sessions is by name badge only.
Health & Safety
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Organising Committee and the Rutherford Hotel, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees. Relevant Health & Safety information regarding First Aid and emergency/evacuation procedures will be available at the registration desk and provided during the opening plenary sessions each day. If you have any health and safety concerns during the conference, please inform the registration desk staff, or a staff member at the Rutherford Hotel.
As we are running a virtually paperless conference, a Meeting App will be utilised and will be available for downloading onto your mobile device/s prior to the conference. Further instructions will follow shortly.
Please note, a mini-programme will be included with your name badge, but there will be no printed handbook at the conference. If you require a larger version of the programme, we recommend you print the document.
The dress code for all scientific sessions is smart casual. The dress code for the Conference Dinner is "Hipster Chic".
Attendance certificates will be emailed out following the conference. 13 RANZCR CPD points can be claimed for attendance at the RANZCR NZ Branch Annual Scientific Meeting 2017.
